Brian Jardim
Brian Jardim is the founder and CEO of Rainforest Caribbean, the region鈥檚 leading processor and distributor of frozen foods, employing over 1,000 people across Jamaica, Belize, Barbados, St. Lucia and St. Vincent.
A Certified Public Accountant with degrees in Business Administration and Financial Accounting from Ryerson University and the University of Florida, Brian began his career at Ernst & Young before joining the Sandals/ATL Group, where he became President of Sandals Resorts International. He later developed and operated several successful restaurants and entertainment venues across the Caribbean, including the regional franchise of Jimmy Buffett鈥檚 Margaritaville.
He serves as Director of the CARICOM Private Sector Organization and sits on several corporate and charitable boards. In recognition of his outstanding contribution to industry and commerce in Jamaica, Brian was conferred with the Order of Distinction, Commander Class (CD) in 2020. He has been married to Shelagh for 38 years and is the proud father of three sons and grandfather to eight grandchildren.
