Globalization and Health
What are the relationships between globalization, income inequality, and health? How does inequality "聙聹get under our skin?"聙聺 What responses are possible and effective? These questions are examined in the context of an emerging trans-disciplinary literature. There will be a special emphasis on anti-oppressive and anti-colonial frames to critically examine the main agents and consequences of globalization including neoliberalism, colonialism, diminishing workers'聙聶 rights, rampant income inequality, forced migration, and the realities of a climate emergency.
