Muskrat and the Flood

This project will develop a digital video using Anishinaabe story telling, the purpose of which is to emphasize the importance of 鈥渄rafting鈥� in academic writing. The video will be no more than five minutes. It will begin by explaining part of the 鈥済reat flood鈥� story within Anishinaabe oral history, then will use said story as a metaphor as to why drafting is important to academic writing. This project remains in its planning phase at this time, though several meetings took place in 2018-2019.
