厂辞蹿铆补 惭补谤迟铆苍别锄 Ch谩vez is an undergraduate student in International Relations at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where she also contributes to the Observatory of the Mexico-United States Bilateral Relationship (ORBEM) and has experience as a teaching assistant. Her research interests focus on migration, inequalities, and gender, particularly regarding mobility policies and migration control. She is currently a Research Assistant at the Center for Demographic, Urban and Environmental Studies (CEDUA) at El Colegio de M茅xico, where she has also worked for the Seminar Migration, Inequality and Public Policies (MIGDEP). She is currently developing her undergraduate thesis using fieldwork data from the MEMO project to examine the impacts of restrictive migration policies on migrants鈥� experiences and trajectories in Mexico, with a particular focus on the externalization and digitalization of migration control and the implementation of CBP One. 厂辞蹿铆补 has also contributed to the MEMO project by transcribing, coding, and analyzing interviews, and helping with the organization of the 2 nd annual Conference titled 鈥淲hy People Move: Interconnected Drivers of Complex Migration鈥� held at El Colegio de M茅xico in March 2026.
