Students are academically and financially responsible for all courses and charges that accrue as a result of the Course Intention and/or the Open Enrollment processes, unless Enrollment Services and Student Records is notified in writing within university deadlines (see section on Withdrawals). These charges also apply to Chang School course enrollments, changes and drops.   Students will not be dropped from courses for non-attendance or non-payment  Further, non-attendance and non-payment will not warrant the removal of courses and fee charges.
