TCHC has been working collaboratively with 91看片网鈥檚 CUE on an electrical research study that is exploring opportunities for electrical metering, aggregation and building heating system electrification within TCHC鈥檚 large portfolio of over 2,000 buildings. This study presents an exciting opportunity to reduce our overall electricity bills and to reduce carbon emissions associated with heating systems. We鈥檙e looking forward to the results of this study and how it can inform how we operate our portfolio moving forward.
