Before You Apply
Start by identifying a research interest to include in your statement of interest. Then, learn about the research and expertise of TRSM faculty members from a relevant department. Gather the required application materials and prepare a statement of interest that clearly outlines your research area and interests.

Create an OUAC account and submit your application (fee $110).

Wait to Receive Your MyServiceHub Identity
It takes about three (3) business days to process your request.

Activate Your MyServiceHub Identity
You will receive an email with your
personal information.

Follow Up With References
Your referees will receive an email with a
link to complete a
reference for you.

Upload Your Documents
Prepare your supporting documents and upload
them online
through MyServiceHub.

Monitor Your Application
That's it for now! Check your MyServiceHub Account to see the status of
your application.
As of January 1, 2026, international graduate students studying at a public Designated Learning Institution will be exempt from the Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) requirement for study permit applications.聽
The application portal will open for the Fall (September) 2027 intake on September 30th.
