Dishing out a new green takeout option at the Hub Caf茅

As a take-out only location, the Hub Caf茅 is proud to offer visitors a green alternative to traditional single-use takeout containers. A Canadian, female-owned company, is our source for high-quality, reusable containers made of sustainable packaging that are easy to use and re-use.

How Friendlier works

Step 1: Order

Order your meal at the Hub Caf茅 and pay a $0.50 refundable deposit.

Step 2: Enjoy

Enjoy your fresh, made-from-scratch meal from the Hub Caf茅!

 

Scan QR Code

Step 3: Scan

Scan the QR code on your container using the Friendlier app ( or ).

Step 4: Return

Return your container to a collection bin located just outside the Hub Caf茅. There鈥檚 no need to wash your container before returning it. Broken containers can still be returned; Friendlier will make sure it鈥檚 recycled properly.

Step 5: Collect

One to two weeks after returning your container, open the Friendlier app to request your refundable deposit or donate it to a featured charity.
