Founded in 1999 by Dr. Wendy Cukier, an award-winning researcher and professor at 91心頭利���s Ted Rogers School of Management, the Diversity Institute (DI) was established to advance equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) through a focus on employment, innovation and skills. Over the past 25 years, DI has partnered with hundreds of organizations���spanning public and private sectors, governments and non-profits���to advance EDI in workplaces, driving meaningful, sustainable change.
As the research lead for the and the head of the , DI collaborates with a wide range of partners, including the Government of Canada. The Diversity Institute is also an ecosystem partner in the . We offer multidisciplinary research and tailored consulting services to help organizations turn EDI into a competitive advantage.
